Apartments

General Features

All apartments feature central heating and have fully equipped kitchens.
This includes cooker, fridge, toaster, kettle, coffee-machine, cutlery and cooking utensils.
Each apartment has it's own cable television, DVD player and stereo.
Some apartments also have a washing machine.
All linen ands towels are provided.

All apartments are non-smoking.
However, smoking is permitted on the balcony, where available.

Payment Details

All bookings are paid for in cash on arrival.
At the end of each stay, there is a fee of €10 for final cleaning.
In addition to the basic rental rates listed below, heating and electricity costs are calculated and paid for on the final day.
As a general guideline, the electricity works out at roughly 50 Cent extra per person per day.
Similarly, the heating works out at around €0-5 per day.
This will vary according to the time of year and preferences.

Apartment Type 1 - Studio Apartments (30 m²)

The studio apartments are one-room apartments with kitchen area and separate bathroom. They are suitable for a maximum of two people, containing two single beds. They are located on the second and third floor, overlooking the inner courtyard.

Apartment Type 2 - Two-Room Apartments (50/70 m²)

We have two types of two-room apartments, one of which is suitable for up to four people and the other sleeps five.
The smaller apartment type has two single beds in each room, located on the ground, first, second and third floor.

The larger apartments have a double bed and two single beds in one room with a single sleeping couch in the living room.
They are located on the first and second floor and also have balconies overlooking the street.

Apartment Type 3 - Three-Room Apartments (80/85 m²)

We have three three-room apartments which sleeps up to 6 people.
Located on the ground and the mezzanine floor, last one has a balcony.
These two apartments also have a washing machine.
